We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return an item, please ensure the following conditions are met:

Return Conditions

Item Condition: All returns must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging.

Underwear: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of underwear that has been tried on. Any such items returned will be rejected.

Order Details: Please include your order slip inside the parcel. If you don’t have it, simply include your order number and email address to help us process your return quickly.

Faulty or Defective Items

If you have received a faulty or defective item, we’re here to help. Please email our Customer Care team at hello@runderwear.com with your order details and a description (or photo) of the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Proof of purchase (order reference number) is required for all returns and replacements.
